Payment of these charges must be made in full on receipt, at least 12 hours prior to the consultation meeting. Once a call has commenced, a refund cannot be made available as the services have, are, or already have been provided and the time has been made available to you. No attorney-client relationship is created during the call and no legal advice will be given. An attorney-client relationship may only be established through a direct attorney to client communication that is confirmed by the execution of an engagement agreement, or contract, with specific terms of service.
